Let’s begin your Life Experienced journey with us through Chair/Standing Yoga.

Join us for a gentle form of yoga that will be practiced on a chair and standing up, while using the chair for support. We’ll work on twists, hip stretches, forward folds, and modified standing poses, to relieve stress, increase flexibility, balance, focus, and have fun!

This is a virtual event that meets every Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:45 am (Pacific). Meeting information will be provided immediately upon registration.
